Company Introduction:
North America Vocational Education Group(NAVEG) is a professional training and education consultant group headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are hiring an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Duties:
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote services, improve company image, and achieve business objectives.
-Manage various channels, including social media platforms (WeChat, Douyin, TikTok, RED, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
-Establish and maintain relationships with clients, media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
-Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and website content, ensuring alignment with branding strategies.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and achieve goals.
-Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with and support sales objectives, fostering synergy between marketing and sales activities.
-Organize and execute various marketing activities, both online and offline, such as advertising, promotions, and exhibitions, to reach target audiences effectively.
-Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing, to expand online presence and attract potential customers.
-Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve performance.
-Prepare and present statements or reports for cross-team members or management, providing insights and recommendations based on marketing analytics.
-Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends, continuously refining strategies to adapt to changing market dynamics and maintain competitive advantage.

Job Requirements:
-A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or other related field is required.
-Related work experience is not mandatory, but highly preferred.
-A combination of education and work experience may be considered.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Strong analytical skills.
