Ensure that business requirements are clearly identified, prioritized, and satisfied by appropriate technical and/or business process solutions
Propose system requirements and/or business process changes to fulfill business user requirements
Elicit, analyze, document and validate business requirements, user stories, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, producing functional specifications for solution components and for the integrated solutions
Collaborate with technology vendors and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered functionality, including executing and validating quality assurance tests
Ensure that any gaps or issues reported by the client community are validated and prioritized for vendor attention
Junior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills
4+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in supporting Supply Chain functions
Supply Chain transactional systems knowledge gained either from the technology or business side
Ability to develop an understanding of the requirements, complexities, and nuances of the different lines of business and channels (Retail, Technician, Direct to Consumer) that Supply Chain supports
A customer focus, whether that customer be internal or external
An ownership mindset that puts you in charge of finding the solution
Additional strengths contributing to your success in the role:
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or similar
Formal process improvement certification, e.g., Lean Six Sigma
Supply Chain or Logistics practitioner certification, e.g., CSCMP, P. Log
Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) system knowledge, gained either from the technology or business side, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) business flows
Recognized Business Analysis Certification
