Train and work remotely! We are actively searching for candidates located in Alberta for a fully remote opportunity.

Successful candidates MUST be available to start May 13, 2024.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity that operates any five (5) days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating business hours of:
Monday to Sunday: 6:00AM to 8:00PM MDT (Monday to Sunday: 8:00AM to 10:00PM EST)
Successful candidates must provide and use their own equipment. As a condition of employment, the device must meet the requirements. Interested applicants are required to provide proof of minimum specs. (outlined below) by attaching their validated completion. We offer a TAX-FREE monitor reimbursement program of up to $200.
The device must:
Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory)
Have at least 500MB of free space (storage/HDD)
Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
Webcam
Headset

Responsibilities:
Provide insights for product or service refinement to align with client specifications
Evaluate clients' requirements, propose suitable goods or services, and negotiate pricing and sales conditions
Identify and engage prospective clients
Cultivate and nurture sales connections with existing clientele
Estimate installation and maintenance expenses for equipment or services
Manage sales agreements and uphold client databases
Collaborate with clients post-sale to address concerns and deliver ongoing assistance
Resolve technical issues pertaining to equipment functionality
Foster and update technical expertise on products or services to elucidate features and address client inquiries
Potentially offer instruction on equipment operation and upkeep
Qualifications:
Flexibility to work various shifts
Strong organizational skills and active listening abilities to determine the most suitable course of action
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in computer usage and data entry
Prior experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in accounts receivable or contact centers
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Sales experience is considered advantageous
Physical presence in the province of employment is mandatory; the use of personal VPN services or IP maskers on company networks is strictly prohibited
College diploma or university degree is considered an asset
Compensation: competitive hourly wage and eligible for bonuses and full commission
$15.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
