The person should have a secondary education and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive service. The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems Diagnose faults and malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit Repair or replace mechanical units or components Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications Perform scheduled maintenance service Test and adjust units to specifications Complete reports to record problems and work performed. We pay competitive wages of $30.00 per hour.
