About the Opportunity
WPSHC has four temporary casual openings for Primary Care Paramedics in Parry Sound EMS, reporting to the Manager of Emergency Medical Services.
Hours of work are all shifts, including weekends and being on standby as required by the Department.

More About You
To qualify for the role, you must have met all requirements and qualifications as prescribed in the Ontario Ambulance Act. You will also need to have:
Currently certified by a Regional Base Hospital program;
A demonstrated ability to perform the duties of a Primary Care Paramedic, including the lifting of excessive weight;
A demonstrated commitment to continuing medical education and upgrading of skills;
Demonstrated satisfactory attendance levels, work performance, disciplinary history, and positive work references;
Demonstrated knowledge of various computer applications and software related to healthcare programs.
