Note: We are currently looking for candidates located in Metro Vancouver who have BC insurance licenses for immediate job opportunities. In order to be eligible for this role, All of our positions require you to be located in the province of British Columbia because there will be a need for in-person communication.

Opportunity:

We are seeking an individual for a full-time Auto Insurance Advisor role. This diverse position involves managing Autoplan's new business, renewals, payments, and client inquiries in person or by phone.

Responsibilities:

- Handling ICBC renewals, new plates, and changes

- Addressing phone and email queries

- Assisting customers in finding suitable auto insurance solutions

- Ensuring customer satisfaction through informed decision-making

- Analyzing client coverage needs and offering risk management advice

About You:

- Level 1 BC General Insurance license

- Minimum 1 year of ICBC experience

- Proficiency in insurance policy interpretation

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills

- Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Word & Excel

- Prior insurance company experience desirable
