Hourly rate: $80-90/hour as incorporated (with limited flexibility for top-tier profiles).

• Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, or human computer interaction degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with someone who is not willing to work with other time zones will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain Previous enterprise experience .
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work not quantity.

1. Minimum 8-10 years' experience with Customer-centric mindset with experience turning abstract concepts into reality .
2. Minimum 8-10 years experience with Firm grasp of Figma for design and prototyping .
3. Minimum 8-10 years experience with Experience creating a variety of design artifacts, including, but not limited to, user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, annotated wireframes, creative briefs, competitor analysis, and heuristic analysis

Summary:
The main function of a UX/UI Developer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
