As such, the Group is looking for an experienced leader to join the Information Technology Group and assist in utilizing technology to drive efficiency and improvements throughout the organization. As a member of the IT Group, the successful candidate will collaborate with team members to implement technology solutions to address and improve upon key business drivers.
Job Title: Salesforce Developer & Admin
Department: Information Technology Group
Reports To: Software Development Team Lead
Salary Range: 80,000 - 90,000 per year
Position Overview :
The Salesforce Developer & Admin will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day configuration, developing customized solutions, troubleshooting errors, developing custom workflows, maintenance and improvement of integrations on our CRM solution. The successful candidate will architect, design and implement solutions that leverage our current environment and look to implement new technologies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Salesforce solutions using native configuration and custom Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Aura components, and Lightning components
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and improve application performance
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs
Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and create efficient workflows
Develop workflows for Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
4+ years' experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience with Contact Center solutions, like Amazon Connect, RingCentral or Nice in Contact
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
