As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as mechanics, machinists and welders
  • Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals
  • Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Conducting thorough technical prescreening
  • Leverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidate
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process
  • Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of talent acquisition experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Corporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow. ORC / Fusion experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Previous experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional & leadership roles).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring Managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Provide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers.
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
