Looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and inspiring BUSINESS LEADER!

Work with one of Canada's largest HVAC-R wholesale suppliers to the construction industry. Our decentralized business model allows each local manager to operate the location as if it were their own business. We are seeking a proven LEADER with a minimum of 5 years of full P&L responsibilities. You will prioritize building your dream team and aligning your team with your vision. A focused and dedicated sales, profit, and results driver. Dedication to seeking out new client relationships while also growing existing relationships to capture more of the marketshare.

Here is what you will be responsible for:
Set a business vision, lead, and inspire your team to help you execute strategies to achieve goals
Generate strong financial results - capture more of the market share. Grow existing accounts. Business Development activities to attract new clients, and cultivate relationships that result in profit-generating orders.
Analyze monthly financial reports and implement appropriate actions to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, manage assets, and achieve ROI and profit-sharing targets
Define goals and strategies to grow market share and share of customer wallet within HVAC-R market segment
Safety-oriented and work to maintain a safe working environment for all
Community and Industry networking - maximizing opportunities for business success
Strong customer focus resulting in customer loyalty and satisfaction
Business planning through forecast reviews
Develop and promote a culture of high expectations, winning attitudes, strong team dynamics, pride in achievements, fun, and collaboration
People leadership and management (Hiring, Coaching, Career Development, Reward & Recognition, Discipline, etc.)

Requirements/Qualifications:
University of College degree
HVAC-R knowledge and/or experience would be considered an asset
Experience in a role with P&L responsibility and a proven track record of building business and improving financial performance
Strong sales orientation
Strong relationship builder (Team, Customers, Vendors, Community, etc.)
Working within the wholesale/distribution sector with an organization that sells to small and medium-sized, owner-operated businesses (preferably through a multi-branch network) is an asset
Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract

You will be able to learn alongside some of our most successful Business Managers to gain a solid foundation and understanding of our business and industry.
