Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

Job Duties:
Maintain complete sets of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and employee filing using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and general ledgers, leveraging experience in managing finance projects of varying scales.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
Calculate and prepare checks for payroll, tax, and other bills, drawing on experience in handling financial operations for multiple companies.
Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other government documents.
Liaise with department heads and executives to coordinate budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting activities.
Engage in continuous learning and application of new accounting practices and financial management techniques to drive Renovo's innovation in marketing and creative solutions.
Job Qualifications:
1. Completion of secondary school is required.
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the accounting/finance field is an asset.
