Job Duties:
Undertaking market research to find potential clients, market trends, and chances for growth in the tree farming industry. Analyzing market data to create strategies for reaching target markets and increasing sales.
Create sales and marketing tactics to promote tree products and improve income. This could include generating promotional materials, visiting trade fairs and industry events, and utilizing internet marketing platforms to contact potential customers.
Overseeing a variety of company growth activities, such as expanding tree farming operations, developing new product lines, and implementing sustainability standards. Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards that regulate tree farming activities. This could include getting permits, licenses, and certificates, as well as following environmental and sustainability criteria.
Managing the financial aspects of business development, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Expenses and revenue sources are monitored to guarantee profitability and financial sustainability.
