What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Packaging Manager, the Packaging Team Member is at the heart of what they brew, ensuring quality product leaves their line every time! The enthusiastic, high-energy individual truly enjoys working in a team environment, while always looking for ways to improve. This role is for the summer season, hours may fluctuate.
A day in your life might include
Working all areas of canning and kegging production lines.
Loading and unloading items to and from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
Inspecting the quality of raw materials, the products throughout the packaging process, and the finished products.
Conducting off-line duties such as sub-assembly, production preparations, special packaging assembly, and preparing the finished goods for the warehouse.
Examining products to verify conformity to quality standards.
Lifting raw materials, finished products, and packaged items manually or at times using lift-assist equipment.
Troubleshooting equipment, as required.
Completing packaging reports, as required.
Always maintaining a safe and clean work environment, while complying with all procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
Actively participating in continually improving their safe practices, best manufacturing processes, and supporting an environment of continual learning.
Inspecting equipment and conducting housekeeping duties to meet sanitation expectations.

The ideal candidate will meet the requirements outlined, have a strong collaborative nature and be a great ambassador of our client's values.
Flexibility to be able to work shift rotations to respond to increased demands.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
Positive personality and abundant team spirit.
Great communication skills
Salary Range: $18.00-$20.60/hr.
Hours of work: Shifts are Monday to Friday 6am-3pm or 9am-6pm
