The Position -

An opportunity currently exists for a QC Welding Inspector to join our Fabrication crew. We offer a competitive hourly rate plus overtime and benefits (after probationary period). The position is based in Nisku, Alberta and is a shop based position. The wage listed does not include the nightshift premium of $3/hour.

The Ideal Candidate -

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualities:

Minimum level-1certified welding inspector from the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB)
Journeyman Welding/Fitting certificate considered an asset
Highly developed communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Reliable and punctual
Availability to work overtime hours
A diligent worker who can operate within a team or autonomously as required
The ability to work in a safety sensitive role at all times
