ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist all crew members on-site by performing a variety of duties
must be able to back up trailer
Able to read a tape measure
Behave in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, their co-workers, and others on the worksites
Assist operator chaining down equipment
able to lift 50 lbs
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Minimum 1-year experience either in the grading or earthworks industry
Active Construction Safety Training System (CSTS2020) Certification
Self-motivating and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Understand and follow verbal and written directions.
Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication and reliability
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Must have own transportation
Must be able to work long hours and weekends
Must have CSA-approved safety boots
Will train the right candidates to become operators.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
