Are You the One?
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience operating Industrial Sewing Machines (e.g., Juki).
Communication: Multilingual? Excellent! English proficiency is a plus in our multicultural environment.

Compensation: Candidates start with a base pay of $18.50 per hour during their probationary period. After this period, their pay is assessed based on efficiency and the quality of their output.
Shift Schedule:
The company primarily operates on two shift schedules: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (standard) and 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (based on production line placement). Both shifts run from Monday to Friday. The company aims to minimize overtime and does not offer weekend overtime opportunities.

Guaranteed Hours: Employees in these roles are assured a set number of hours. The company does not operate on a 24-hour schedule.
Company Shuttle: The company provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the nearest SkyTrain station, ensuring easy commuting for employees who do not drive.
