Our client is currently looking for an accounts receivable admin for their Lloydminster location. This position is for someone who is energetic and self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
Target start date May 16, 2024
24 hr/week PT contract - flexible schedule
Possibility of going FT and permanent
$23 - $25/hr pending education and experience
Core Responsibilities
Accountable for all aspects of the accounts receivable processes
Completing invoice calculations, billing statements, payment processing, preparing financial reports
Performing day to day financial transactions
Maintain accounts receivable files and records and perform account reconciliations on customers' transactions.
Qualifications
Able to work in Canada
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
2+ years working knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes
QuickBooks experience
Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
