Foster a construction health and safety culture in daily operations, making safety our top priority. Provide invaluable constructability input during design, craft ingenious project execution plans (PEPs), and tackle technical challenges on-site in the most cost-efficient ways imaginable. Take the helm of on-site construction operations, covering every aspect from safety to client interface, procurement, quality, and flawless execution. Masterfully navigate change and scope creep, maintaining control and balance of costs, schedules, and the most precious resource of all-our people. 5-10 years of construction experience with a strong understanding of pressure piping code requirements and TSSA standards. Proven track record of seamlessly executing complex projects, building trust and respect among stakeholders. Extensive expertise in managing on-site construction of multidisciplinary designs, with advanced knowledge of construction sequencing techniques. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, coupled with effective listening and negotiation abilities. Grit and determination, showcasing resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus under pressure. College or university degree, complemented by a wealth of experiences, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Preference given to those with a mechanical engineering degree and strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical processes, piping, underground electrical conduits, steam, etc.
