A career as a Chief Business Analyst

In the payments delivery team at National Bank is acting as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams in order to reach our targets. You will work in agile mode in order to deliver and manage cross-cutting initiatives for Vice-President's sector. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your skills in business analysis, process optimization and leadership which will contribute to the acceleration of our transformation.

Your job
  • Support the Domain's business strategy and leverage business intelligence to increase performance and improve customer and employee experience
  • Work closely with the various partners involved to develop an optimal prioritization strategy for initiatives
  • Develop and ensure integrated vision and business knowledge of the Domain's end-to-end processes
  • Build alliances and develop effective communication channels with the various stakeholders involved
  • Define the scope of the processes to be optimized and proactively support the planning of activities and execution for the different deliverables in line with the Bank's orientations and needs of the supported business lines
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement through analysis of initiatives from all angles of the process according to our best practices, anticipate impacts and provide innovative ideas to support transformation

Prerequisites
  • Industry-related university degree with several years of relevant experience
  • Lean six-sigma, black belt certification an asset
  • Business analysis skills in a technology and operational ecosystem
  • Advanced experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, lean approach
  • Experience with test scenarios and user support
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Safe) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, …)
