As a Developer on the Insurance team at National Bank, you'll carry out back-end and application development for a team that supports, maintains and makes changes to our ecosystem. With your knowledge of the development of various technologies (.Net, SQL, Java, Microservices development, Cloud AWS, automated testing), you'll have a positive impact on our organization.

- Working in Scrum mode, develop and roll out new functions that ensure maximum value for our various business partners

Your team:
Central to the Bank's transformation, the Insurance team is a multidisciplinary team that develops and maintains applications and APIs, as well as integration with our external partners to support National Bank Insurance's activities and its digital expansion. Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. Personalized training content is available to foster ongoing learning. You'll also have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise, experience, and backgrounds to enrich all aspects of your development.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree or other degree in a related field and more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software development in Agile mode
- Development experience with various technologies (.Net and SQL mandatory, Java an asset)
- Good understanding of Git/Gitflow and Atlassian tools such as Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence
- Adaptable, collaborative, strong team spirit
- Code optimization
