Construction Project Manager - Low Rise

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee the project management and field supervision for multiple low rise and mid/high rise residential building projects
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders upholding project budgets, schedules and milestones
  • Work with site superintendents, project coordinators, internal development team, and other stakeholders collaboratively
  • Manage sub-trade relationships and agreements
  • Run weekly project site meetings to ensure timely progression of project milestones
  • All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 10 plus years of experience working in site supervisory and project management roles with local market residential owner / developers overseeing diversified low rise residential production builds and mid to high rise residential condominium building projects
  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • Strong technical knowledge of wood frame low rise construction
  • Strong technical knowledge of steel structure and cast in place concrete construction
  • Excellent leadership, management, technical software and organizational skills
  • Strong background managing sub trade relationships in the local market
  • Relevant educational background or commensurate project experience

Salary will be commensurate with experience. The success candidate will be primarily based out of the company's head office in Markham, with travel to their Muskoka project site 1-2 days per week.
