Coordinate trades on commercial job site
Resolve construction problems as required
Monitor project schedules and be accountable on meeting project deadlines
Hands-on work (framing, drywall, concrete repairs, etc)
Expertise in reading blueprints
Experience with interior fit-ups as well as new commercial building construction
Possess highly developed problem solving/decision making skills
Have a thorough, hands-on working knowledge of Building Codes

5-10 years of experience in a Site Superintendent role within a General Contracting firm
A minimum of 5 year's of Site Superintendent experience in commercial, retail and/or institutional renovations
Experience with interior fit-ups as well as new commercial building construction
Proficient knowledge in Site Development, Building Envelope, and civil for ICI facilities
Experience in developing tools for improving accuracy and timeliness of estimating and cost tracking
Expertise in reading blueprints
Base building experience would be considered an asset
Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor that is continuously growing with a strong pipeline of projects for institutional/commercial new build and renovation projects
Looking to bring on a Site Superintendent that can lead the charge in a high scale institutional project in the west GTA
Salary range $120,000 - $130,000
