Description:
- Manually set up - Set up and run of the machine
- Grinding the heads to put on the machine to run the products
- Some one else feeds the machine
- Running product
- Making sure the machine runs productively
- In the grinding room sharpening heads
- Maintaining the machine – checking the heads making sure they are sharp
- They will joint the heads with a stone to ensure the sharpness
- Setting up and operating the machines (not a feeder)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Start 30 mins early and the production shift - 630 am – 3 pm M-f with 30 min lunch and 2 15 min paid coffee breaks (6 am start for this person)
- Union CLAC –$41.31 Jan 1st wage increase $42.34
- This person will be responsible for he moulder machine, doing set up, operating and maintenance/grinding
- Can start right away!!
