Aerotek is the largest recruiting agency in North America; we have been providing candidates with job opportunities for over 30 years. We are presently looking for preflight mechanics. The tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Read and interpret blue prints;
  • Install and repair mechanical components;
  • Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems
  • Inspect and maintain mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight control, etc.).
  • Prepare aircraft for flight ("refueling", daily inspection);
  • Participate in testing engines and APU (auxiliary power unit);

Required competencies: College diploma in aircraft maintenance.

Salary: $40-52/hour (based on experience) - incorporated or standard contract
