Leading and managing the on-site construction team
Coordinating and overseeing all on-site activities
Ensuring compliance with quality standards
Participating in meetings with clients, vendors, and external partners
Monitoring and upholding on-site safety, cleanliness, and organization
Providing supervision to the assistant site superintendent for daily field report matters
Performing inspections in accordance with local jurisdictional specifications
Maintaining current daily work reports and work plans
Regularly updating project schedules, prioritizing tasks, and achieving milestones
Managing deficiencies to ensure alignment with company standards
Travelling to various construction sites throughout Ontario, as required.

A minimum of two to five years or more of Assistant Superintendent experience with high-rise buildings
Possession of a Technical Diploma in building or construction technology is considered advantageous
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and a track record of managing construction sites
Prior experience handling high-end architectural and millwork packages
Proven experience overseeing multiple full-cycle new developments, encompassing Steel, Formwork, Concrete, Finishing, and more
Proficiency in utilizing project management software, such as MS Project and Procore, among others
Exceptional proficiency in reading plans and specifications, with a history of on-site experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
