A career as a Senior CIAM Integrator

In the security team involves acting as an expert in integrating applications with CIAM best practices (customer identity and access management), ensuring the security of our clients during their interactions with our organization.

Your job

Bring your expertise to optimize the choice and operation of applications. Work with analysts and architects during the needs collection phase, to clearly define consumer expectations and their alignment with CIAM practices and integration constraints. Design various user, maintenance and troubleshooting guides. Lead the company towards automation, whether in terms of availability, performance, resilience or robustness. Advise clients so that they can best prepare the final software environment. Properly communicate requirements with the developers so that they can adapt quickly. Master the IT architectures as well as the different operating systems of the solution. Lead smooth customer relations, facilitating their tasks. Write reports in order to promote CIAM practices' state of integration as well as their means of integration. Ensure the transfer, monitoring and production support of the integrations. Overview inter-system functionalities (design, integration, monitoring, etc.) via the different components, while ensuring their consistency. Manage major and minor incidents under the supervision of the incident manager.

Basic requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a field related to the sector of activity. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as an IT and/or cybersecurity project integrator. Master the integration protocols, security, integration APIs as well as the flows required for effective integration. Ability to define impacts on external systems based on solution capabilities. Experience in Agile / SAFe methodology. Ability to document backlog user stories. Experience in developing complex software solutions including back-end services (micro-service architecture) and client interfaces. Understanding of authentication and authorization techniques (SSO, MFA, OIDC / OAuth2). DevOps mindset and culture. Knowledge of AWS, specifically AWS architecture. Languages: Language: English. Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
