Our growing Mississauga client who is a leader in door hardware and security products is looking for a Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years related experience with strong customer service skills.

The following are the responsibilities:

• Respond to counter, email and phone inquiries from clients and sell appropriate products based on their needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and provide confident product knowledge.
• Phone calls may include both warm leads and occasional cold calling.
• Be motivated and driven to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
• Input orders on computer system as required.
• Be comfortable with product line including: door hardware, locks, levers, and also security-related items.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as individually as needed.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

• Possess adequate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and e-mail
• Ability to learn new Point of sale and other computer programs

Salary 45K-50k

Hours- Mon-Thurs- 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4:30pm
