Reporting to the National Sales Director, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Olymel, Aliments Triomphe, La Fernandière and Pinty's products offered under national brands within National Retail Banners,
  • Develop and maintain new Private Label business at Loblaws
  • Manage and communicate recent market research by product and category and define business opportunities for each client (Nielsen, IRI, etc. benchmark data)
  • Monitor budget allocations by client,
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews and track each customer's performance and sales contribution with a specific action plan to correct anomalies or drive sales,
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships in order to know and understand their strategic directions, with the goal of creating a joint strategy for our products,
  • Ensure that the commitments made to the company by each customer are respected, in close collaboration with the finance, logistics and transportation departments (volume, price reductions, monetary commitment, promotional plan, etc.),
  • Ensure constant internal communication to contribute to the proper management of daily operations,
  • Be responsible for category and product performance for each customer based on expected results and strategies,
  • Ensure the coordination and introduction of new products,
  • Prepare bids and perform necessary financial analysis.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant field,

Minimum of 5 years experience in key account management,

Previous Lobalws Private Label experience preferred,

Bilingual (English and French),

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, AS400),

Accountability for results, strategic thinking,

Excellent analytical and financial skills necessary to make quick and informed decisions,

Ability to work under pressure, exceptional drive and team spirit,

Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good business relationships with clients,

Available for business trips.
