About the Opportunity

• Full ownership of internal management reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc internal reporting packages)
• Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly internal management reporting packages to the executive leadership and board of directors
• Drive continuous improvement in the quality of the various financial packages in collaboration with senior Finance staff, leadership team, and key stakeholders, with a lens on clarity, conciseness and consistency
• In analyzing operating results, highlight areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
• Initiate, develop, and maintain effective relationships with key internal business partners
• Partner with key business leaders to draw out meaningful insights, while providing financial expertise and recommendations, in order to drive informed business decisions and actions
• Evaluate profitability of business units, products, and customers to identify actions to improve overall business results
• Develop, implement, monitor, and report on key business performance indicators
• Monthly variance analysis to plan, forecast and prior year
• Occasionally mentor and coach accounting and finance personnel
• The role is of high visibility with senior leadership and the executive team and requires demonstrating critical thinking and collaboration skills
• The role requires the ability to tailor communication and presentations for various purposes and audiences

About You

• MBA or CPA designation
• Minimum of 5-7 years of finance experience with internal management reporting role and analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present to senior leadership

Salary Range

$95,000 - $115,000 base salary depending on candidate experience
