About the Opportunity

• Prepare/review monthly reconciliations, reporting and record GL entries
• Prepare/Review AP/AR and accounting, intercompany entries to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements
• Prepare monthly cost and other financial reporting summaries
• Downloading/scanning/filing and distribution of documents as well as administrative tasks
• Review of preliminary financial information, record GL reclasses, adjustments & record tax entries
• Respond promptly to questions and requests for information from family members
• Assist Controller with SOP's /financial documents, recruiting as needed
• Ad-hoc reporting as required

About You

• Degree, diploma or, certificate in bookkeeping/accounting (or equivalent in experience), CPA preferred
• Minimum five years of quality Accounting & Financial Reporting experience, ideally within a high-volume professional services environment
• Strong Excel skills and experience with relevant accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage
• A highly detailed oriented and organized individual who can work in a highly confidential environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A positive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• High degree of professionalism

Salary Range

$90,000 to $100,000 /year
