Job description:
Leading and mentoring the marketing department
Establishing and implementing processes to align strategies and responsibilities across e-commerce, design and brand marketing
Developing and managing the annual department budget
Driving the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for several different brands
Overseeing key goals in sales, brand marketing and content across all marketing channels
Guiding brand strategy and alignment
Managing and negotiating with 3rd parties and managing the relationships with public relations agencies, influencers, etc.
Tracking, and optimizing the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (paid advertising, email marketing, social media)
Formulating and executing strategies to increase brand awareness through content marketing and enhancing Google ranking
Utilizing SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic
Developing customer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value and encourage word of mouth traffic
Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates and customer acquisition cost
Qualifications:
The Ideal Candidate:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
7+ years of digital brand management experience
Previous experience leading social media, public relations, and content
5+ years of leadership experience
Proficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing and Google Analytics
Experience with social media analytics platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
