Role Overview:

Cognizant is expanding its capabilities and looking for expert Lead Product Consultant. The ideal candidate must estimate relative business benefits and validate with domain and technology consultants. Must identify requirements and roadmap. Assess requirements and provide inputs into creation of solution alternatives. Prepare workshop materials & draft requirements. Discuss and Document conversion induced configuration changes with business Legacy and product owners.

What You'll Do:

Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or ClaimCenter solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire solutions with existing systems. Conduct detailed business analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements. Provide expert guidance on Property & Casualty Insurance processes and standard methodologies. Design and implement test plans to ensure the quality and stability of the solutions. Facilitate training sessions for users on Guidewire functionalities and updates. Stay abreast of the latest Guidewire features and technology trends to recommend upgrades and enhancements. Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Address and resolve complex technical issues during the project lifecycle. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

What You Bring to the Role:

Experienced Functional Lead with 10-13 Years in Guidewire Suite. A minimum of 5 years of Functional experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or ClaimCenter is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required. Must be diligent and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines Guidewire Ace Certification

Working arrangements: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Toronto, ON.
