Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Source top tier candidates to meet the needs of real estate and construction clients for long-term placements

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Create and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
