Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural construction, and interior finishing. Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring efficient workflow and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain a strong understanding of GTA and Ontario building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the construction process. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
