In this essential role, you'll be a key touchpoint for customers, playing a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in leading teams within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a shift-leading keyholder, including opening and closing responsibilities and managing on-duty responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing product knowledge and assistance.
- Balance customer service with other in-store tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
Possesses a minimum of 6 months of informal leadership experience (e.g., team roles, coaching, mentoring). Volunteer experience is an asset. Strong initiative and process-driven mindset. Exceptional attention to detail.
Skills Required:- Has at least 6 months of retail experience.
- Comfortable with physical activities such as lifting (at least 25 lbs), bending, and using ladders.
- High school education, either ongoing or completed.
- Must be 18 or older to complete a criminal background check.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Competitive starting hourly wage of $17.55 and up based on experience. Employee discount: 40% off regular-priced items and 20% off sale/promotion items. Eligibility for benefits package after a certain period of employment.
