Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project resources, including manpower and equipment, and ensure they are utilized effectively
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial and performance metrics, to senior management
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical engineering industry
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the electrical engineering field
- PMP certification is a plus
