TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Programmeur Orace ou .Net ayant d'excellentes aptitudes techniques, d'excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre à profit ses compétences au sein d'une équipe polyvalente.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devront fournir la personne retenue.
Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :

• Implantation, développement et configuration de l'application Dynamics en conformité avec la documentation d'analyse ;

• Développement de plug-in, web ressources, etc. au moyen de JavaScript, C#, et autres mécanismes standards de développement Dynamics ;

• Création de formulaires électroniques avec le module Power Portals ;

• Création, développement et support des migrations de données (via SSIS ou outil similaire), intégrations et interfaces avec les systèmes en place, expérience de Power Automate ;

• Création et maintien de tests (unitaires, smoke tests, etc.) ainsi que l'automatisation des processus de test et de déploiement ;

• Production de documentation technique ;

• Réalisation de modifications dans l'application, en suivant les procédures de gestion du changement et assister dans la transformation des besoins d'affaires ;

• Assistance dans l'analyse des besoins et proposer des solutions d'affaires complexes ;

• Participation à l'estimation de tâches technique complexe ;

• Configuration et utilisation des outils de gestion de code et de déploiement (ex. Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Requirements

• Cumuler un minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience en programmation dans la technologie visée (spécifiée dans la demande d'intervention) ;

• Avoir participé à au moins un (1) mandat dans un environnement technologique comparable à celui du Tribunal en tant qu'analyste fonctionnel au cours des deux (2) années précédant la demande d'intervention ;

• Avoir participé activement en tant que programmeur dans la technologie visée à au moins deux (2) mandats d'une envergure minimale de 1500 j-p au cours des cinq (5) années précédant la demande d'intervention.

LIEU DE TRAVAIL

Le lieu de travail sera déterminé selon le mandat, il peut être en télé travail ou chez le client.

TEHORA is currently looking for an Orace or .Net Programmer with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables:

Implementation, development and configuration of the Dynamics application in accordance with the analysis documentation;

Development of plug-ins, web resources, etc. using JavaScript, C#, and other standard Dynamics development mechanisms;

Creation of electronic forms with the Power Portals module;

Creation, development and support of data migrations (via SSIS or similar tool), integrations and interfaces with existing systems, Power Automate experience;

Creation and maintenance of tests (unit, smoke tests, etc.) as well as the automation of testing and deployment processes;

Production of technical documentation;

Making changes to the application, following change management procedures and assisting in the transformation of business needs;

Assistance in analyzing needs and proposing complex business solutions;

Participation in the estimation of complex technical tasks;

Configuration and use of code management and deployment tools (eg Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Requirements

Have a minimum of three (3) years of programming experience in the targeted technology (specified in the intervention request);

Have participated in at least one (1) mandate in a technological environment comparable to that of the Tribunal as a functional analyst during the two (2) years preceding the request for intervention;

Have actively participated as a programmer in the targeted technology in at least two (2) mandates of a minimum scope of 1500 p-days during the five (5) years preceding the request for intervention.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's.
