Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, email outreach, and networking.
2. Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and requirements to determine their suitability for our services, ensuring that leads are a good fit for our agency.
3. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets to earn commission-based compensation.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to refine lead generation strategies.
5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and provide regular reports on progress and results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and services is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
