Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation
- 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with an understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
- Excellent experience in Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
- Excellent experience in Jira

GOALS
- Illuminating inefficiencies throughout the production process to grow and support distributed asset creation
- Maintain high-level satisfaction of clients
- Introduce trackable KPIs for Dev projects and quarterly reports on achieving those KPIs / OKRs
- Manage onboardings
- Define missing roles, management and support of all the production
- Grow engineering production based on the yearly target goals
- Manage and mentor producers

- Maintain Pre-production transition to Production, insure that team has has everything in place to kick-off the project
- Constantly track project margin to insure we hit the target
- Maintain Devoted branding and style when sharing documents with clients

Responsibilities
- Working with the internal team on improving the outsourcing pipeline, incl trainings
- Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
- Management support of projects
- Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
- Support Production with onboarding and coaching new producers
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
- Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
- Regularly lead one-2-one meetings with producers to evaluate their performance and provide frequent feedback, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
- Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress
- Implement incentives to keep the team motivated and focused on their daily tasks project goals
- Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, including scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, and quality
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with the team on requirements
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring that all project activities are properly sequenced and resourced
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and health against established metrics, thresholds, and baselines
- Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks proactively, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Manage and control changes to the project baseline in accordance with established change management processes
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and other communications forums as needed
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely project reports from producers
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
