Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in both sales and customer service, specifically in the B2B sector? Capital Lynk, a leading financial firm specializing in direct lending to businesses, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Renewals Department as a Retention Specialist.

Responsibilities

Customer Retention: Work diligently to extend and renew established business accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Account Revival: Revive and re-engage with past accounts, using effective strategies to regain their business again.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with the renewals team to achieve collective goals, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment. Our Renewals department is a small team made up of no more than 5 members, so it's incredibly important to find the right candidate.

Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills while engaging with clients.

Industry Experience: Leverage either exact industry experience or a strong background in the B2B finance industry to navigate the complexities of direct lending.

Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative work culture, contributing to a positive team spirit, but can also work independently.

Requirements

- 3-4+ years of combined experience in B2B sales and customer service.

- Background in the finance industry, preferably with direct lending experience.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets.
