Position Overview
The Pup & Truck Driver is responsible for transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires a strong understanding of transportation regulations, exceptional driving skills, and the ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks. The Pup & Truck Driver plays a vital role in ensuring that construction operations run smoothly by delivering required materials on time and in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Pup & Truck vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Adhere to all transportation regulations and safety practices while operating the vehicle.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork such as delivery tickets, and safety reports accurately.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed while adhering to weight and safety limits.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors regarding delivery schedules and job requirements.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a truck driver, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation rules and regulations.
- Ability to operate a Pup & Truck vehicle effectively.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
