Peter Lucas Project Management invests in people and community to provide gold standard project delivery. We are currently looking for a Project/Construction Management Team Administrator to join us. This schedule is working two week on followed by two week off, 11hr days shift, with flights leaving Saskatoon.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the project and construction management teams
• Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, training, request for information (RFIs), site instructions (SIs), and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team
• Administer document control processes with efficiency

Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments is considered an asset
- self starter, ability to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
