We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying one step ahead. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and requires minimal direction to get things done.
This position offers flexibility in scheduling. While you'll work a minimum of 30 hours per week, it could be a full time position for someone with the right skill set. It would be an excellent fit for someone looking to work partial days while maintaining the flexibility to increase their hours when required.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, contracts and presentations
- Manage email correspondence and draft communications
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Assist with basic event planning and company functions
- Organize files and maintain accurate records
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support executives with a variety of administrative projects and day-to-day tasks
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues
- Perform the many behind-the-scenes tasks that keep an executive and office running smoothly
Requirements

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint [required]
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
