Planit Green Landscapes is a locally focused landscaping and landscape design company dedicated to creating and building unique, high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients. As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in leading our construction projects and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results for residential clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise crew members to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of time tracking and material usage
- Communicate openly with team members and stakeholders, including business owners
- Uphold and maintain high quality standards throughout all phases of construction
- Follow and enforce company policies for on-site personnel
- Perform advanced construction tasks and delegate responsibilities with effective follow-up
Requirements
Required Qualifications:- At least 4 years of landscape construction experience, including supervisory or crew leadership responsibilities
- Hands-on experience building precast pavers and retaining walls
- Proven expertise in grading and drainage work for landscape construction projects
- Experience working on residential landscape construction projects
- Experience constructing water features such as ponds, rivers, or fountains
- Strong equipment maintenance skills for landscape construction equipment
- Experience working directly with business owners as primary stakeholders
- Valid Ontario G driver's license with reliable vehicle
- Experience operating a skid steer or mini excavator
- Ability to operate a truck and trailer
