Mainline Fleet Service is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Consultant to join our team. We're a fast-paced, team-driven shop that takes pride in quality work, strong communication, and helping each other succeed.

About the Role

As a Service Consultant, you'll be the main point of contact between customers and technicians. You'll handle service requests, coordinate repairs, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Listen to concerns and create accurate work orders
  • Explain recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Provide updates and get approvals for additional work
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Assist with estimates, parts coordination, and some admin tasks

  • Strong interest in vehicles and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented — works well with others and supports the group
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with computers or quick to learn new systems
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Admin experience is an asset

Requirements

Experience & Requirements

  • Automotive or service experience is an asset, but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus
