We're looking for an experienced ICI Site Supervisor to take the reins on a fast-paced commercial office renovation project in the GTA.

This role is for someone who thrives in the rhythm of a live site, where coordination is everything, timelines are tight, and quality is non-negotiable. You'll be the conductor of a busy construction orchestra, keeping every trade in sync and every detail on track.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervise daily site operations and coordinate multiple trades, including:
    • Electrical
    • HVAC
    • Plumbing
    • Drywall
    • Flooring
    • Millwork
    • Glazing
    • Painting
  • Manage site logistics, workflow, and scheduling, including work in occupied office environments
  • Enforce Ontario Health & Safety regulations:
    • Conduct toolbox talks
    • Maintain safety documentation
  • Review drawings and specifications (architectural + MEP)
  • Perform quality inspections and manage deficiencies
  • Coordinate with property managers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and documentation
  • Assist with project closeout, PDIs, and client handover

Requirements

What You Bring
  • 3–5 years' experience supervising ICI commercial interior renovations
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
  • Confident leadership and clear communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong coordination ability across multiple trades
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to hit the ground running with early 6:00 AM site starts
