As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work with modern technologies in a dynamic and collaborative hybrid environment, building high-performance backend services and sleek frontend interfaces. Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and GraphQL.
• Develop and enhance dynamic frontend interfaces with React.js and Material-UI.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code across the stack.
• Maintain and expand our REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with QA engineers to uphold code quality through testing and reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.
• Participate in technical design discussions and help define long-term architectural strategies.
• Work in a hybrid setup (Tues–Thurs in-office), communicating effectively with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development within fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/ECMAScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and GraphQL (Apollo).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and performance/debugging tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and code documentation skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn React Native and CI/CD pipelines.
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to Python backend development is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based in Toronto.
