The Sales Manager leads and mentors a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets, providing guidance on high-value deals and ensuring adherence to sales processes. They manage pipeline health, drive accurate forecasting, and oversee CRM usage. The role includes performance management through regular coaching, reviews, and training. Additionally, the Sales Manager collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps, supports recruiting and onboarding, and continuously refines sales processes to improve efficiency and drive success.
Requirements
- English is your primary language. Secondary languages are a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience working in sales leadership role.
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience qualifying and evaluating customer needs
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team
- Highly organized. You can manage and prioritize several different projects.
- Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field of study
- Experience working in the SaaS industry

The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 USD or 123,300 CAD . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $73,636 commission ($163,636 OTE) USD or 100,882 CAD (224,182 CAD OTE) annually and are based on performance.
