Fengate's Graduate Development Program is an initiative to build a strong talent pipeline for our investment teams, that will support and lead our business growth. Our rotational program is a 16-month development program recruiting top-performing talent to join North America's most trusted partner for private investments. The Graduate Development Program is designed to accelerate your career in the investment space while collaborating with passionate leaders on complex assignment. In this program, you'll develop technical skills, financial acumen, and a comprehensive understanding within the investment's teams, working through rotations in Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity and Investor Relations. The Graduate Development Program offers diversity in expertise, experience, mentorship, and opportunity for advancement in the investment industry.
Here's how it works:

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluate new investment opportunities in each rotational placement to gain exposure and experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Equity.
- In collaboration with the investment teams, conduct research and review data specific to each industry to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, build financial models, and conduct financial and operational due diligence to support investment decisions.
- Present findings in clear, compelling, and professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders, detailing development feasibility, opportunities, risks, etc.
- Support the active management of our existing portfolio by monitoring and evaluating operational and financial performance, assisting with special projects and other requests on an as needed basis.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Enrollment in the final year of undergraduate study in a Business or Finance program that will be completed by 2026.
- Proven track record of strong academic and extracurricular achievements.
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Power Point.
- Naturally curious with a passion for investments.
- Driven to achieve results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail.
- Working towards a CFA designation is considered an asset.
