We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our exclusive team serving a private club at Princess Auto Stadium, home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while delivering exceptional service and craft cocktails to our premium guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails with precision
• Provide top-tier service to guests in a private, upscale club environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each event
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to all liquor laws and stadium policies regarding alcohol service

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending or mixology experience in a high-end or high-volume setting
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Smart Choices certification (or equivalent) required
• Must be available for all Winnipeg Blue Bombers home games, including evenings and weekends
